By making this reservation, you confirm that you have read and accepted the car rental terms and conditions.

At the rental counter, customers must also sign the car rental agreement before the staff hands over the keys. Therefore, it is important that you read the agreement carefully, and if anything is unclear, discuss it with the counter staff before signing.

The rental company reserves the right to refuse service if the counter staff determines that the driver is not fit to drive, or if anyone in the group poses a threat, danger, or health and safety risk to others in any way. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

Please read the "What you need at pick-up" section above. Note that the counter staff will not release the vehicle unless all requirements are met (age, driver’s license, payment card, documents, etc.). If these conditions are not fulfilled, no refunds or compensation will be given.

Before driving the car away from the pick-up point, you must inspect the vehicle and report any damages to the counter staff, ensuring they are recorded in the rental agreement. Otherwise, you may be held responsible for such damages later.

Road Rules

By renting this car, you agree to use it responsibly. Therefore, you must not:

• Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any addictive pain-relieving substances.
• Transport flammable, hazardous, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, or any other dangerous materials.
• Carry any items with odors and/or conditions that may damage the vehicle or cause the rental company to incur time or financial losses.
• Transport animals.
• Install roof racks, roof boxes, or similar equipment unless provided by the rental company.
• Rent the car out to others.
• Carry passengers for hire or reward (use the vehicle as a taxi).
• Participate in rallies, races, or allow others to test drive the vehicle.
• Use the car for driving instruction.
• Tow other vehicles.
• Drive on unpaved roads or roads with conditions or surfaces that may damage the car.
• Violate highway codes, traffic laws, or other regulations.

Seat Belts – Regardless of the country you are driving in, you and all passengers must wear seat belts at all times while in the vehicle.

Please note that all vehicles have a strict no-smoking policy. Fines will apply if this policy is violated.

To ensure you understand the rules and laws related to rental car driving both domestically and internationally, it is important to study the terms and conditions thoroughly before picking up your vehicle.

Specifically, please make sure to bring all necessary documents required for pick-up (such as your driver’s license, identification, and credit/debit card) and be prepared to pay any additional charges for equipment or extra services you agree to purchase at the counter. If the required documents are incomplete, the rental company will not release the vehicle to you.

Please inform the counter staff at pick-up if you intend to drive within the city, as there may be traffic regulations based on the license plate of the vehicle you rent.
